David Hall	64d6a2f4f7	BREAKING CHANGE: Fixed #57 and all other CreateProcessXX references. Changed managed PROCESS_INFORMATION to SafePROCESS_INFORMATION and exposed native PROCESS_INFORMATION. David Hall	138accc380	MAJOR BREAKING CHANGES: Fundamentally changed how HANDLEs are represented and used. Much better type safety now that all handles derive from HANDLE and disposing instances are all noted by a SafeHxxx name.
