dahall 87664c5f97 Added AnySizeStringMarshaler<T> which is an IVanaraMarshaler implementation to handle structures where the last field is a single character string array. dahall 491c26e0d6 BREAKING CHANGE: Changed default behavior of ShellItem.Properties so that it is read-only. It was failing for all shell items that didn't have their own properties.
